We deliver flowers, teddy bears, chocolates and other gifts to 21 cities in Ukraine at the current time:

Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Odessa, Kiev, Kharkov ,Vinnica, Krivoy Rog, Mariupol, Zhitomir, Zaporozhye,  Melitopol, Berdyansk, Ivano-Frankovsk, Kirovograd, Simferopol, Lugansk, Lutsk, Lviv, Nikolaev, Mizikebicha, Kotovskogo, Poltava, Rovno, Sumy, Ternopil, Uzhgorod, Kherson, Khmelnitsk, Cherkassy, Chernigov and Chernovtsy.

All the items in our online catalogue can be ordered for delivery which can usually be made the following day. If you would like to order an item that is not in our catalogue please send us an email or give us a call and we’ll let you know if it is available in the city concerned.

We are able to deliver in other cities, towns and villages of Ukraine through our partner florists. If you would like to order for any other town or city, please inquire about delivery price. We can usually deliver anywhere in Ukraine within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Delivery charges

For the 21 cities in our delivery area, the delivery fee is $2.99. If you’d like same day delivery then our charge is $5.99.

We deliver between 9 am and 9 pm Ukraine time every day of the week including weekends and public holidays.

A photo of the delivery and free greeting card is included with every order free. The delivery photo will only be taken if the recipient agrees to having their photo taken.

Delivery times

We are committed to delivering your flowers/bouquets and other gifts in a timely manner. The time and date that your order is delivered is affected by the time of day your order is placed, weather conditions, and the distance from the centre of the city concerned.

We make our deliveries during normal business hours and later hours (9 AM to 9 PM). We usually are able to deliver within a specific hourly range, eg between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. However sometimes due to severe weather conditions or other factors beyond our control delivery can be delayed. This is however very unusual.

We will call the recipient first to arrange a delivery time. If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, then we will:

leave the flowers with a neighbour (if agreed in advance) and attach a note to the recipient’s door stating who accepted them on their behalf; and

inform you of the situation giving you the name and apartment no. of the person who accepted the flowers on the intended recipient’s behalf

If nobody has been nominated to accept the flowers in case of the recipient not being home then we will attach a note to the door with our telephone number so that another time can be arranged for delivery. (Please note that in this case a new delivery charge will apply).

We strongly advise you to give us the phone number of the recipient in order to avoid scam incidents and the corresponding expenses.
